I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you for assisting me to be prepared for my new terms.（term）
As you know,the city of Ottawa,which I will spend my next two years here（删除here） for my Master's degree,is a complete（ly） unfamiliar city to me since this is my first vist（visit） here.I felt a little bit dazed at first.If it hadn't been your assistance,offering me the guidance and backing me up,I would not have had everything settled right before my new start.
I moved into my new domitory and shared it with another two（two other） local students here（删除）.The technician from Bell has（had） set up my internet modem and router.Everything now works just fine.I think I am now prepared（ready） for the new beginning.By the way,thanks to the guidance you offered,I had a short tour to Parliament Hill yeasterday（yesterday） by taking a bus（by bus）.I know there （are） so many other famous palce（place） in this city,for example,the National Gallery of Canada and the National Museum,that I have not got a chance to visit,however,they are definately(definitely) on my "Must-Visit" list.
