【摘要】 Abstract:
目的 探讨CRAMS院前创伤评分系统对院前创伤急救病人病情预知的临床意义.
Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of CRAMS prehospital trauma scoring system on the preknowledge of severity of patients in prehospital trauma emergency medical care.
方法 主要根据以循环、呼吸、胸腹压痛、运动、言语五项指标作为评分参数,将创伤的不同严重程度以分值量化.
Method: To Quantify with score values the different severities of the trauma by adopting five indexes as scoring parameters, namely, circulation, respiration, thoracoabdominal tenderness, movement and speech.
结果 运用CRAMS院前创伤评分法快速区分有生命危险的重伤员和一般的伤员,提高危重伤员的救治率及生存质量.
Result: The application of CRAMS prehospital trauma scoring method could quickly differentiate patients with life threatening severe trauma from those with ordinary trauma, thus enhancing the patients’ salvage rate and quality of life.
结论 CRAMS院前创伤评分对伤情的判断,提高护士的急救意识,保证创伤急救的“时效性和整体性”有重要意义,有利于提高严重创伤救治成功率.
Conclusion: The CRAMS prehospital trauma scoring system is beneficial to the enhancement of success rate in the treatment of severe trauma patients due to its important significance in terms of judgment of traumatic condition, improvement of nurses’ first aid awareness, and assurance of the timeliness and entirety of emergency medical care for traumatic patients.
