我个人觉得两者一样的,即中文的模糊行吧.不论是“较富裕的英国的南部地区”还是“英国南部较富裕的地区”这个“comparative wealth”指的都是那个“地方”“south ”指的是“英国”.
比如the WC of the top of the building就译成“楼顶上的厕所”多数是从后往前翻的吧
