What is important for a manager in managing a project This question has been argued many times ,and there are so many books about it .Yet,from my perspective ,it is necessary to master the three key points to manage a project well .as follows :keeping to schedule ,training staff ,and cooperation .
The first ,keeping to schedule is the base of our work .As everyone knows that each project must have a schedule which definitely fix the work content and workload ,so ,if the manager doesn't fellow the schedule ,everything about the project will be into a mess .
The second ,the manager must take out enough money and time to train their staff ,which is called an intelligence investment .Supposing that your staff are not of necessary work expericence and knowledge ,your project would be delayed .If your staff know how to improve the work effciency and how to work better ,your project must be completed with the prescribed time .
The last ,cooperation is equivalent to lubricating oil .every one cooperates sincerely ,your team will be a strong team .and can overcome difficulties confronted in work and accelarates the project schedule .
So ,from my point ,the above three factors is key .If you want to be a successful manager ,please do it as mentioned above .
