how to keep fit
we have a survey ask old people about healthy.Here are the results.
First question,how often do you exercise?
Ten percent of them exercise five times a week.Ninety percent exercise every day.So,most healthy people exercise every day.
Second question,how often do you eat fast food
5% hardly ever eat them.95% never eat them.Because it is bad for health.So,want to keep healthy,must eat less fast food,even not eat.
Last question,what are your good habits?
The answer to question are different.But most of people always eat a lot of vegetables and fruit .And their answer all have the same one,that is ,they sleep for nine hours at least.
All in all,keep healthy ,althouth all kind of them.However,I think the best way to keep healthy is through exercise.
