Then on experimental mice intraperitoneal injection vitamin K1 every only 0.2 ml, control shall be equal saline intraperitoneal injection. After 10min with capillary method were determined two groups of mice clotting time. Results: mice poisoning after blood coagulation time is poisoning, the former significantly prolongs the vitamin K1 rescued after compared with control clotting time is short. Conclusion: the enemy bromine to mice have long anticlotting vitamin K1 can enemy bromine lung poisoning mice have rescued role.
