Firstly, we are so sorry to tell you that we couldn't accapt this as a reparation. Generally, if there is something wrong with the machine, we could offer free components and parts for replacement. If it's a serious problem, a Good-Return Record should be offered by your side, we can't accpet any request without that record.
Secondly, the machine is basically repairable if there are no security and performance issues involved. We hope you understand that we just can't offer a new one each time the purchaced one goes wrong.
