Some one says,"Stay away from the disease are the aspirations of
all." We should start from around bit by bit,so as to have a healthy body.
I have some suggestions
1clean
the room,keep the floor clean; 2 open the window to let fresh air into the 3 washing hands before meals; 4 do not stay long nails; 5 eat more fruit and vegetables,less meat; more than 6 sports
I want to have a good body,healthy every day!
