应该是选D的.因为rule 是规矩的意思,这句话的意思是Tracy 通常诶自己定规矩在7点之前起床来读英语.个人认为,Plan是一次性的,只是一个计划一次就可以完成,而rule是规定,必须每一次都要遵守,有长久性的,而从generally上可以看出这是通常情况下做的,所以应该是规矩的意思.恩.我也是初三的,所以一家之言吧.
