As an important current asset, inventory occupies great portion of circulating fund of a company.As for supermarkets, inventory is fundamental for their survival and seen as the principal object for operation.
Therefore, the controling of inventory can enhance the managment of the supermarkets.
Meanwhile, the improvement of the inventory controling can decrease the occupation of capital. Accelerating the circulation of capital for inventory, and improving the controlling of inventory may saving the cost of a company, thereby Increase the economic benefit of the company.
The first part of this paper is a brief introduction of XX company. Then I analyzed the situation and problems of this company in terms of inventory management combined the with my own internship experience and my professional knowledge.In the final part, I gave some advices towards the inventory management to this company and expect it will be helpful for the development of the company.
