两边同乘以 e^x+e^-x 得到

(y+1)e^(-x) =(1-y)e^x
两边去对数 ln 得到
ln(y+1)+ln(e^(-x)) = ln(1-y)+ln(e^x)
ln(y+1)-x = ln(1-y)+x
将x移到一边
2x=ln(y+1)-ln(y-1) =ln(y+1)/(y-1)
x=1/2ln(y+1)/(y-1) =ln√[(y+1)/(y-1)]
