As we all know, it’s important for us to form healthy eating habits. Some of us have bad habits ,such as going to school without breakfast,having snacks and eating or drinking too much. We should develop good eating habits, for example, having a balanced diet, eating a proper amount of food and eating regularly. Bad habits can make our body unhealthy and we may get some kind of disease. On the contrary,good habits can make us healthier and happier. In my opinon, we should eat more fruit and vegetalbes,eat many food which contains protain,less food which contain fat.
