为什么既有 have n.to do sth 又有have n.doing sth这2种用法

have n.to do sth 是泛指让什么去做什么.

例子：

Woman:Could somebody help me carry these things to my car.

Man:I'll have somebody （to） help you with that.（to 可省略）

have n.doing sth 是说让什么正在做某事

例子：

Woman:What is Jim doing?

Man:I have him cleaning out the garage.

have fun doing sth 是正确的用法,且和上面的结构是不一样的.

在这里doing不是正在做的意思,而是表达“做这件事情”,是个动名词.

I had fun travelling by boat.

I had fun with you.
