teaching用法是最广泛的,泛指“教”.如：

instruct指教导,指导,尤其指教授具体的技巧.如：

equipment.首先,将教你们如何使用安全设备.
另外,也是比较重要的,teach即可以是及物动词,也可以用作不及物动词.例如：He's been teaching in France for 3 years now.
但是instruct只有及物动词的用法,也就是说它后面必须跟名词做宾语,所以,表达这个意思只能用：the teaching of history.
