With the continuous development of society, people's food culture is increasingly diverse. The repeated occurrence of adverse food safety incidents cause people to be increasingly concerned about food safety issues and healthy eco-friendly diet. Since food usually has local characteristics, we study the ecotourist catering products from the perspective of tourist catering and based on eco-design principles, lead tourism and catering enterprises to be more healthy and environment-friendly, and make green accepted by more people, so as to achieve the double benefit of both economy and environment.
