因为是After,After是介词,所以要加名词/动名词,也就是ing形式,排除B,又因为是被面试,必须要被动,所以选择A,这道题的being不是因为正在才用ing,而是After,After没有直接加done的句型,所以必须加上being表被动,而被动的话是从后一句的句意看出来的.至于你说非谓语,after如果我没记错的话应该不是非谓语吧?if,unless,when等这种才是作非谓语连词,这些在语法笔记上会背到的吧,多看看笔记,应该是你记错了.
