As you know, food is very important to us teenagers. Since we grow very fast, we need nutritious food very much, things like fresh vegetables and fruits, fish and meat, and so on. But I think you’d better not eat food with much sugar and fat. And you should get plenty of sleep. It is necessary for you to have at least eight hours of sleep every day. Also, you should take physical exercise regularly. It will be good for your health. Only in this way can you keep fit.
