He is the man 是作为定语来修饰那个多余的“one” 一看我们就应该知道中间应该填whom,that ,which等一系列的词让他成为一个定语从句,that是比较通用的.主要说一下为什么用whom,因为是说人嘛 man,要么用who,要么用whom,who是主格,whom是宾格,没有疑问的哦.这个句子放简单了来讲应该是：I saw the man yesterday.the man 是在感官动词saw（see）的后面,当然要用宾格,所以最后的结果是用whom/that.
