英语是个很注重精简的语言,
在一个句子中,如果前面的句式和后面的句式结构一样,就可以省略后面句子中和前面句子相同的部分（在不影响理解的前提下）
The wind is gentle and the sun radiant.
后面sun 后面如果再加个is,句式就没那么精简和优美了.
比如在汉语中也有类似的省略,
苹果红,香蕉黄,甘蔗甜（苹果是红的,香蕉是黄的,甘蔗是甜的简化）
