Based on the study of enzyme dosage ,pH,temperature on the enzymatic reaction based on the known effects,Co2+ on the plant esterase activated with remarkable catalytic activity in case ofcatalytic activity of Mg2+,continued Cu2+,K+ and other metal ions on plant esterase is excitation.The effect of enzyme dosage,pH,temperature on the reaction; after the experiment,the catalytic activity of Co2+,Mg2+,Cu2+,K+ four kinds of inorganic metal ions on plant esterase are excited,and the role of activation of Cu2+ is the most obvious.
