In modern market economy, compensation management has become an important part of hunman resources management for enterprises all over the world. It has enormous impact on the enterprises' competitiveness. After China joining in the WTO, the opening of talent market calls for the effective compensation management to fit the employee's material needs and spiritual needs as to delevop enterprises themselves. This thesis mainly analyses the problems and causes of the compansation management occured in medium-sized and small enterprises and provides solutions to these problems based on the compansation management theories.
