7.1涂增粘剂装置
7.1 Tackifier coating device
涂增粘剂装置主要由涂胶机和干燥装置组成.
Tackifier coating divice is mainly make up of drying machine and coater.

7.2.1预加热装置
7.2.1 preheating device
纸基、布基等表面多孔的基材容易吸湿,会降低复合强度,固在挤出复合之前,应将基材预热,烘除潮气,以提高复合强度.
The moisture absorption of porous surface of base material like paper-base and cloth-base will case the reduction in combined strength,so we preheat and dry the base material before extruded composite to increase the combined strength.
7.2.2后加热装置
7.2.2 Postheating device
对复合后的复合材料进行再加热处理,可以适当增加粘合强度,消除复合过程中产生的应力,后加热装置通常采用电阻加热器.
The postheating of composite material will increase combined strength and relief composite stress,it's usualy carry out by resistive heater.
7.3电晕处理装置
7.3 Corona disposal device
电晕处理装置的工作原理是在高压下放电,产生电火花冲击基材表面,使表面打毛变粗糙,扩大接触面积,提高基材表面润湿张力,粘合剂或熔融薄膜易均匀渗透到基材表面,从而提高复合强度.
电晕处理除以上的物理作用外,还有化学作用.经电晕处理后,薄膜表面张力提高至38~40N/mm.
Corona disposal is the process using the spark produced by electrion to impact the surface of base material,this will roughen its surface,increase the contact area and the wetting tension,easily to even penetration,so it will increase the combined strength.
There's also chemical effect beside the physical effect,after the corona disposal process,the surface tension will increas to 38~40N/mm.
7.4紫外线照射装置
7.4 Ultraviolet irradiation device
某些塑料薄膜与聚乙烯薄膜复合时,采用紫外线处理,能显著提高复合材料的粘合强度,此法较简单,易操作,既能提高复合材料的粘合强度,又可省去涂增粘剂设备.
The ultraviolet irradiation will increase the band strenth when some plastic film combine with polyethylene film,and this process is easily to carry out.
