in 在.的里面 in the classroom 有一种包括在内的感觉,一般是某个小物体包括在大于自身体积的空间内

on 在.的上方 Your book is on the desk.一般两个物体在垂直方向会有直接接触.

at 在.的旁边 The chair is at the table./ Tom stands at the door.体会一下,两物体可以不直接接触,也可以直接接触,但距离不会很远.
