Yes,the answer is positive ,because different countries have different manners ,costom and culture,when we go abroad ,we must get along with the local people,if we don't learn the manners of the country where we travel.It's very important for a person to have good manners ,if you have good manners ,the people there will think you are a cultured man ,everyone will want to make friends with you .On the other hand ,when you go abroad ,olny are you yourself,you also represent a nation,the whole nation's sanctity,have you ever heard that the signs are written in Chinese to tell Chinese not to spit everywhere in Singpore?So,when we go abroad,we must be taught manners of the country in order not to be looked down upon by the foreigners.Do you think so
