Today ,eating has become more importang in our life .However,healthy eating is not as easy as it seems to be .To eat healthily,we should pay attention to two aspects.
First ,we should taket enough food. It is wrong that many girls choose to go on a diet to lose weight .Second ,food should be healthy itself .There are lots of fastfood today such as hamburgers which do bad to our health.
If we can take this two aspects into consideration ,we will have a healthy eating .
