As high school students,we often go through a lot of stress.Homeworks,essays,exams,univerity admission all accumulate our stress.Although stress may sometimes be a good source of motivation,too much stress often results in serious health issues.Today,I will discuss about few methods that I find effective in terms of relieving stress.
Exercising is a multi-beneficial stress reliever.When we exercise,we could empty our thoughts from complicated thoughts for a wihile.Our blood would circulate better,thus biologically releases our stress.We would feel refreshed,relaxed,and concious after doing sports.As a bonus,exercising also enhances performance of our brain afterwards,allowing us to concentrate better.
Socialising is another good way to relief stress.Social is an indispensible sector of our daily life.While we immerse in the rigorous academic curriculum,it is also important to balance it out with socializing.We tend to be relaxed and happy around our friends.Socializing would not only help relief stress,it may also lighten up your day!
Above are the two main ways I found useful for stress relieving.There are other ways to release stress as well,such as listening to music,dance,or even eating delicious food.Anyhow you do it,the most important thing is not to be tooo stressed out and stay healthy!
