one作代词的考点.
it：特指上文提到的同一个事物或人（同类、同物、特指）；
例句：I bought a new camera .I will lend it(the camera) to you.
one：泛指与上文提到的事物是同一类的事物中的某个,但不是上面的事物（同类、异物、泛指）,切one只用来代指可数名词单数；
例句：I have lost my pen and have to buy one.
ones：是one的复数；
例句：I want some roses ---red and white ones.
that：特指与上文提到的事物同类,但不是同一物体（同类、异物、特指）,可用来代指可数名词单数或不可数名词；
those：是that的复数
当代指可数名词单数时,the one 与 that可互换,但当代指不可数名词时两者不可互换；
the ones= those.
所以此题的关键是看特指还是泛指,一般有限定性定语修饰的表特指.如何知道是特指呢?特指的时候 the one 的后面一般会有关系从句（如定语从句）、介词短语、不定式短语对the one 进行修饰.
例句：1、The film is more interesting than the one(that) we see the other day.（有定语从句修饰）
2、those actors were better than the ones in the former play.(介词短语修饰）
3、I'm not the one to adminish him.(不定式修饰）
