I am writing to complain about the washing machine bought from your shop last week.
It worked pretty well in the beginning. However, it made great noise yesterday. Its maintainence period is one year. Now I do hope that you will get in touch with me by calling XXXXX as soon as possible. I would like a change if possible. If not, I would like to see it repaired in two days.
