值班船员,必须是有经验的海员,要按时检查并确保自动导航始终指向正确的目的地.值班人员至少每班一次使用标准罗盘进行偏移量校正,如果条件允许,每次更改目的地之后都应再复核一次.标准罗盘和回转罗盘应经常进行相互比对,并始终与主罗盘保持在同步状态.
