谓语决定于量词.this pair一双.中文就可以理解.数量为一.用单数.
如果是two pairs 就要用are了.
pants 如果是a pair of pants 就用单数.而且一般说裤子也是这么说.一条裤子.
或者是these pants.总之不能用this that .
