It's in 2006 when we were in a physica course ,our teacher assigned a task to make a nail to sustain 11 other ones,we all thought the question over and finally my deskmate got the method,needing several people to work together,while one hold two nails ,I put the nail cross interacted one with another,then the 3rd guy laid the last one,pressed it upon .Team work is very important ,we completed the goal that one wouldn't be able to finish just by himself.
