首先,用health是错的,应该用形容词healthy.
单纯从语法上讲,可以用she was before,但英语里没有这种讲法,光符合语法没用,还要符合语言习惯,很多东西都是长期形成的,外国人除了学语法、单词,更重要的是句法和语感.
