feel 表示感觉的时候 后面多用形容词,是一种真实的感受,五官感官或情绪.
e.g.i feel cold./ i feel sad
feel有时也接感官情绪内容的名词
e.g.I feel sympathy for you).
feel like 主要用语美式英语 = feel as if 好像...一样,常常不是真实的情形.
比如题目的例子 i felt like i was on top of the world
e.g.He felt like he'd run a marathon.他好像跑了一场马拉松（一样累）
She felt like a fool.(相当she felt as if she was/were a fool)
