Abstract
Anti setback is the frustration people thought the control, regulation and the ability to adapt to the environment, is to train students right to control their emotions, adapt to the environment, regulating behavior, improve self-process. The less frustration in middle school students, specifically in the following areas: life by doing too timid, self-esteem and unsociable, sensitive; not good at interpersonal communication to communicate with others, fear of others do not accept yourself, communication narrowly; study lack of confidence and enthusiasm, the burden is too heavy, always thought that mental retardation; strong dependence of life, work capacity and poor self-care ability; emotionally fragile, often accompanied by pessimism, helplessness, emptiness, depression and other mental; willpower, lack of entrepreneurial spirit, there is no clear objectives, are less able to adapt to the environment. Secondary school is a critical period of human development, the correct treatment of setbacks during this period, to develop a positive mental quality, both for their personal, physical and mental sustainable development, or the future of the Chinese nation, are of great and far-reaching practical significance.
