With the development of science and technology ,it is so convenient what cell phone brings in in our lives.For example ,it let us communicate with each other easier and easier.Thus ,it will help us call help for policemen under any circumstance.Also it is a symbol of modern lives .
On the other hand,cell phone can also affect us and surrounding people .In some occasion ,if you are having classes or attending an important meeting when cell phone rings ,it is not suitable that you will be blamed by your teachers or bosses and you will feel ashamed.
As the conditions above ,in my opinion,what we
should do is to turn off the cell phone on some particular occasions in spite of any vital things .Therefore,not ony do the cell phone bring us many advantages but also it has many limits .We should use it in the best way.
