Sandy:You are right.I led you astray there.I apologize.I don't think the accouting doc status you see on document flow actually exist anywhere.I think what that program does is to look at the accounting doc item table BSEG.It checks items with account type (KOART) = D.If the items have clearing date and clearing doc,then the item/doc is cleared.If not,it is not cleared.Hope that makes up for the error.Frank
