我觉得如果你要认为regarding是介词,那就没法对劲儿了.如果仍然看成动词的分词,那就可以了.也可以给a question后面加个逗号,在最后的is前面也点逗号,呵呵.
另外,要看你这句话所在的文章是什么样的,如果就是议论,那可能问题不大,但中间如此丰满的句子最好不用在相对放松的文体里.
