1.Have they bought a new house yet?
现在完成时.
现在完成时（have done)有两种含义：
（1）动作发生在过去,对现在造成了影响.
eg:He has come.他已经来了.（对现在的影响是他在这儿.）
（2）动作从过去开始,持续到现在.
eg:I have lived here for three years.我在这儿已经住了三年了.
Have they bought a new house yet?（他们已经买了新房子了吗?）取的应该是第一种用法.
2.in a minute's time 在一分钟的时间之后/之内
in two minutes' time在两分钟的时间之后/之内
名词所有格（...的）就是在名词后加 's,如果前面的名词是复数,本身带s,那为了避免重复就只加’就行了.所以a minute后加了's,而two minutes后只加了'.
* “in +时间段名词”表示“多长时间之后”时,要用在将来时.（“after+时间段名词”用在过去时.
eg:He will come back in three days.
He came back after three days.
