fair? fair is based on who you are and what you have ,there is no fairness to discuss on one's half way to success.if thoses who didn't pass the exam for the first time thinks it's unfair to be asked to retake an exam ,that's totally bullshit! frankly ,it is only a way that the society or those who can do better are helping them .but it's so sad in most cases it changed its origional motivation ,students most probably couldn't regain what they've missed before because no matter whether they passed finally or lost again ,our schools said "yes".fair huh? fair is sth you can refer to after you can take whatever exam you would like to.
