强调句型定义：强调句型是通过it强调词来改变句子结构,使句子的某一成分受到强调而构成的强调结构.
强调句型 中陈述句基本结构:
it is/ was + 被强调部分（通常是主语、宾语或状语）+ that/ who（当强调主语且主语指人）+ 其它部分.强调句可以强调除谓语以外的一切成分.
句型还原：what he says（for others） is not so much important as what he does for others.
句意：他（跟别人）说了什么不如他为别人做了什么重要.
因为起强调作用,不能理解为 “他（跟别人）说了什么（和）他为别人做了什么（不一样）重要.
再简化句型：says is not impotant as does:句意 说不如做重要（同上）
