I think,the greatest shortcoming is shy,not self-confident enough on my individual character,this is the shortcoming that I must correct too.When I talk with the stranger,the face will be getting red.I think,I need to correct oneself from several following respects:First of all,should face shortcoming and weakness on the individual character; Secondly,exchange with others more,have a heart-to-heart talk with friend; Third,try,make some do,dare,do by oneself,worth thing that make.
