如:It's very importan to keep healthy.I often have three healthy meals every day.I eat enough fruit,gegetables and drink milk as often as possible.Before the meal I often wash my hands.I never smoke nor drink.I do sports every day,such as playing basketable and talbe tennis because doing sports is good for my health.
