turn out是不及物动词词组,没有被动式的,所以A has been turned out和B is turned out中的be存在且后面的动词用了过去分词说明AB都是被动,都是错的.没有it is turned out that这说法,象it is said that是对的因为say是 及物动词,有被动式.
