neither用作为否定词,意思为“不”一般与nor连用.
e.g.Neither he nor I am student.
Neither the dog nor a cat likes rice
either属于选择词,意思为“或者”,一般与or连用
e.g.Either he or she is monitor.
Either he or she will be the boss.
注：无论是“neither...nor..."还是"either...or..."都要遵从就近原则,也就是谓语是由离谓语最近的主语决定.
