Having a healty body is very important to us.If we are unhealty,we can't study well and sleep well.In order to build a healty body we must follow the following three things everyday.
First:get up ealy every mornning and do 30 mins excercise.We can run,jump,or play basketball etc.
Second:have meal on time .Each food has its own nutrition.We should eat every dish.
Third:go to sleep on time.We's better not stay up too late.
