It should be picked during 23:00 p.m.to 3:00 a.m.on Wu Days or Yi Days of March in winter,washed and baked,and then grinded into power.Mix it with good spirits to the state of slight wetness.Put it in a bamboo tube and plug it firmly.Braize it for 9 days and then expose it to the sun for another 9 days.When it is dried,scatter the spirits in it again.Mix it with rice and smash the mixtures into balls just like the seeds of tung tree.
