At present, it is a fact that we students are experiencing much stress. Thus, we should know how to deal with stress. As to this, I’d like to share my views with you.
First, believe in ourselves. Be confident when faced with many difficult situations. Second, learn to relax. The best way to relax is to take part in physical activities regularly, which can help us stay in shape. Besides, a healthy body can give us much energy to face the busy school life. Third, talk with our family members or friends, from whom we can get some valuable advice. Finally, make a reasonable plan. It will remind us what to do every day in an orderly way, thus reducing our stress.
