rate 和　ratio的用法和区别?

ate指的是比率,比值,率等.

eg. tax rate税率,crime rate犯罪率等. 一般表达为：10%,70km/h 等.

ratio:两个量的比值,强调对比、相除的关系.应用时其指代的这两个量必须在上下文中出现.

eg.Men outnumber women here in the ratio of three to one. 一般表达为：2:3
