这句『增广贤文』里面的话,的确很博大精深,很难译的完美.有很多译法,比如：

Whatever will be, will be

That's the way the cookie crumbles.

用到了英文的谚语,但都惜乎着落了前半句,后半句劝喻的意思没有翻. 我自己的版本如下（直白了点）：

If it means to be yours, it will be yours after all; Otherwise, just let it be.
