How to keep healthy in summer vacation
In my summer vacation,I want to keep healthy.I go to bed early and get up early,because I want to keep enough sleep.I hardly eat
junk food,they are very unhelthy.I have to drink milk every day,my mum
said it's good for my health.I also eat lots of vegetables and fruits.
And I do exercise more than an hour every day.
I think have a healthy lifestyle is very important to keep healthy in summer vacation!
